In terms of troubleshooting, common hydraulic piston pump failures include: insufficient output pressure, unstable flow, overheating of the pump body, and abnormal noise. For the problem of insufficient output pressure, first check whether it is caused by oil contamination, poor oil suction or internal leakage; unstable flow may be related to variable mechanism failure or control valve failure; overheating of the pump body requires checking whether the cooling system is normal or whether there is excessive friction; as for abnormal noise, it is necessary to check item by item whether the suction pipeline is leaking, whether the coupling is well aligned, and whether the parts inside the pump are damaged.
In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis, it is recommended to establish equipment operation records, including working hours, maintenance conditions, replacement of parts and other information, which will help analyze the laws of fault occurrence and warn potential problems in advance. At the same time, operators should receive professional training and master basic maintenance knowledge and emergency handling capabilities.
